Cancellation / Rescheduling
If you need to cancel a class we can reschedule you for a later date. Assuming that you have already paid for the class, we need at least one week notice for a full refund. You can transfer one time at no charge, providing you reschedule prior to 24 hours of your course date. If you cancel 6 days or less there is a $35.00 non-refundable fee. You will be given the opportunity reschedule to a different class without penalty. Any notice within 1-2 days in advance there is no refund.

Any material that has been opened the price will be deducted from your refund. Your book can be returned to our office providing it has not been opened. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You WILL NOT receive a refund if you have already transferred from one course date to another. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
